One in a million

Today I decided that it's time to do a post on some of the one-off pieces that I've made for family/friends & of course, myself.

Over the years, these loyal fans & very much appreciated critics have been coming to me for their custom made bracelets/earrings/necklaces. It's always been a fun albeit sometimes stressful endeavour because they describe to me what they want & I'm to visualise & create it to their description. I'm glad that most of the time, I get it right. Although at the initial stages, my sizing of their wrist were totally out!! :P

I made 3 of these super sweet flower bracelets for WL, YL & myself (of course); all 3 are slightly different - I still do not believe in mass producing :)

This lemon-drop candy like bracelet was requested by AL. All she wanted was a bracelet made of the transparent yellow chip stones, but I decided to match them with these lemon-drop like natural stones to make it more interesting.

This was made as a birthday present to AL this year. She claims that she's not really a 'heart' person as she says it doesn't suit her personality, but matching it with some pill shaped wooden beads, I think, has sort of 'neutralise' the sweetness of so many heart shaped stones, don't you think? hehe

There are more of these one off pieces, but thats another post for another day :)
